At Meraen, we strive to create products that are thoughtfully designed and carefully produced. Because many of our products are printed or manufactured to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or personal preference.

Books Purchased Through Amazon

Our books are fulfilled and shipped through Amazon. If you purchased a Meraen book on Amazon, any returns, exchanges, or refunds are subject to Amazon's return policies. Please visit your Amazon order history or contact Amazon Customer Service for assistance.

Print-on-Demand Products

For products fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@meraen.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads and digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided.
